All frames are fabricated in our Adelaide facility. Local fabrication means faster lead times, tighter tolerances, and the ability to revisit or adjust without long freight cycles. Our team cuts, mills and assembles to ±1mm per 1m under standard conditions — because glazing performance depends on precision from the first cut.

Started in residential window installation, building hands-on expertise in aluminium system fabrication and site installation. Developed an early focus on quality and precision that set our standards apart from the broader market.
Commercial Scale — High-Rise & Multi-Res
Expanded into commercial construction — multi-residential, retail and mixed-use. Worked on projects requiring curtain wall systems, high-performance sliding and stacking doors, and full NCC Section J compliance documentation. Developed relationships with major builders and architects.
Specialist Partner — AWS & Alspec Authorisation
Achieved authorised installer status with both AWS and Alspec — unlocking access to premium system ranges, manufacturer technical support, and full product warranties. Established fabrication processes to commercial grade tolerances and invested in dedicated QA infrastructure.
Architectural Projects — High-End Residential
Expanded focus to architecturally designed homes — working closely with architects and custom home builders to deliver complex glazing briefs. Projects included thermally broken curtain wall, gas strut servery systems, louvre facades and high-performance sliding systems up to 3m.

Establishing SAC Facades as South Australia's specialist aluminium facade contractor — bringing fifteen years of eastern-states commercial and architectural expertise to the SA market. Operating from our Cheltenham facility, serving residential, commercial and government projects Australia-wide.
