Brief & project review
We review the drawings, schedules, site location, programme, budget and performance requirements. Early gaps are identified before they become pricing assumptions or site variations.
A coordinated delivery process for builders, architects and developers—from early system advice and fixed pricing through shop drawings, Adelaide fabrication, site installation and close-out.

Aluminium window packages touch the structure, waterproofing, cladding, internal finishes, access and building programme. Our process is designed to resolve those interfaces before frames are fabricated.
One team remains accountable from design review through installation. Builders receive clear inclusions and programme information, while architects retain visibility of profiles, sightlines, glass and critical façade details.

Suitable AWS and Alspec families are compared against opening size, glass, thermal, acoustic, wind, water, bushfire, accessibility and architectural requirements.
The proposed profiles, glass, hardware, finishes, inclusions and exclusions are documented. A detailed quote is typically issued within five business days once sufficient project information is available.
Window elevations, sections, interfaces and key dimensions are prepared for review. Fabrication begins only after the required approvals and construction dimensions are confirmed.
Frames are cut, machined and assembled in our Cheltenham facility. Components, dimensions, finish and operation are checked before packing and dispatch.
Site crews coordinate delivery, installation, glazing, seals and adjustment. Close-out includes relevant as-built information, product documentation, warranties and maintenance guidance.
Architectural plans, elevations, sections and the latest window or door schedule.
Energy, acoustic, bushfire, wind, water, accessibility and glass requirements already identified.
Site address, required-on-site dates, construction sequence and any access constraints.
Drawings do not need to be complete before you contact us. Early involvement can help identify a suitable system, practical opening sizes and interface risks before documentation is locked in.
Whether you're an architect specifying glazing, a builder pricing a package, or a developer planning a new project, we'd like to hear from you.

"They came to our design review meetings and helped us specify something that worked architecturally and within budget. That collaborative approach made a real difference."
"We've used SAC across three projects now. Consistent quality, clear pricing, and an install team that actually respects the site. They're our go-to for glazing."
